I grew up loving spending nights in front of the family TV with my younger brother wearing out an old VHS recorded copy of a 90's Godzilla Monster Marathon on TNT that my parents had recorded.
Fast forward a couple decades and what began as a school project soon spiraled into a passion fueled ode to my childhood. What I ended up with is a beautifully published book filled with my illustrations that I am truly proud of.
Working on this book brought all those fond memories back. It was a joy to complete and something I am looking to do more of in the future.

I love typography. Particularly the interweaving of text within design to balance form and function. In this instance, I chose to create a Type Specimen for Montserrat, a typeface by Julieta Ulanovsky, which I am a fan of.
The process when creating this work was extremely engaging. Pushing design to its limits is such an enjoyable challenge. Something I attempted to convey here.
